Warrensburg Police arrested a rural Johnson County man after a pursuit through the city on Tuesday, July 28. The vehicle continued down Holden Street, failing to stop at any stop signs and exceeding the speed limit in the area. Rohman’s vehicle reached speeds of 80 mph in a 25 mph posted zone before crashing into an electrical pole on Mitchell Street. Following the crash, Rohman fled on foot, but was eventually caught and taken into custody. A bond reduction and counsel status hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 5 at Johnson County Circuit Court.
