The folks over on the team behind Battlefield 6 certainly like to plan ahead, with a new roadmap laying out the rest of its plans for Season 4 and what it plans to open Season 5 with. There’s a lot of cool stuff on the way, beginning with Custom Lobbies coming on August 18th alongside Wake Island, with many options available for hosts to set things up. Proximity chat’s another exciting addition on September 15th, and all of this is coming to Battlefield Labs before it hits the game so we get to test it out. The team’s playing things close to the chest for Season 5, but it has since confirmed that it’s launching in Winter and is bringing three new maps. It’s interesting stuff if you live and breathe Battlefield 6.
