JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A couple has been arrested after a fatal shooting in Jefferson County earlier this week. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO) says it arrested 25-year-old Steven Simpson and 26-year-old Corryn Simpson in the shooting death of 23-year-old Andrew Bott. JCSO says Corryn called the Littleton Police Department to report a truck had struck their car around 10:30 p.m. on July 25, then fled. The Simpsons then followed the truck while talking to dispatch, even after the dispatcher asked them to stop. A few minutes later, the driver of the truck called 911 to report someone had fired shots at his car, hitting his passenger, Bott, in the head.
