FARGO — A man arrested by the SWAT team in Fargo this week is being held on a $100,000 cash bond. Christopher Pankowski appeared in court Thursday, July 30. He was arrested on the 1300 block of 10th Street North, just east of North Dakota State University on Tuesday night, July 28. ADVERTISEMENTCourt records say a woman told Fargo police Pankowski, 43, pointed a gun at her. Police say Pankowski, who has no permanent address, was also wanted in Clay County, accused of firing a gun at another person.
