Apple TV’s cyberpunk Neuromancer hacked into ComicCon with a teaser trailerStarring Callum Turner and Briana Middleton, and based on the multi-award-winning science fiction novel by William Gibson, the new series premieres Friday, January 22, 2027. The novel served as the first book in the “Sprawl” trilogy and was followed by Count Zero and Mona Lisa Overdrive. Produced by Paramount Television Studios and Anonymous Content, the series is created for television by Graham Roland and JD Dillard. Dillard serves as director of the first three episodes. Gibson was conscious of the comparisons as he was only partway through writing his novel when Bladerunner was released.
