The Pizza Boyz, based at Newport Market, was awarded a five-star rating following its most recent inspection. The rating, part of the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, means the business was found to have “very good” standards of food hygiene at the time of the inspection. The Pizza Boyz is known for its Neapolitan-style pizzas and is run by brothers Ali and Nano Tortorella. Earlier this year, the South Wales Argus described The Pizza Boyz as "much-loved" and praised the Margherita pizza for its fresh ingredients and authentic flavour. The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is run by local authorities in partnership with the Food Standards Agency.
