White was credited with a county-record 74 wins and a county-record 821 strikeouts. White pitched four seasons for Elon. The Salisbury-Rowan Hall of Fame had inducted only one softball player to this point. She was an outstanding softball player, although her Hall of Fame candidacy was built as much on her basketball record as her softball feats.
