Global Vehicle Group (GVG) has signed an investment agreement with private equity firm Palladian Investment Partners, subject to regulatory approval. The new capital injection will be used to develop GVG’s proprietary technology platform, invest in workforce recruitment, and broaden its commercial product offering. In parallel with the investment, Andrew Cope will join the GVG board of directors as non-executive chairman. The incoming investment concludes a four-year relationship with H2 Equity Partners, which GVG management credited as being instrumental to its initial corporate scaling. It will allow us to build on our customer proposition by developing our proprietary technology and investing in our team.”
