Addressing the Troy City Council during Monday’s public comment session, neighborhood resident Tad Roumayah described the ongoing disruption, ABC affiliate WXYZ reported. “It’s been almost a year now,” Roumayah told city council members. We come home from church, the bass is booming for hours longer.” Neighbors reported that the sound penetrated their walls during worship services, which occur on Sunday mornings as well as select weeknights.
