Nolan Wells family, legal team gives updates at press conferenceNASHVILLE, TN. (WXXV)-Thursday, the legal team representing the family of Nolan Wells shared an update on the investigation at the National Urban League’s Conference in Nashville. Attorney Eric Hertz says the legal team continues to work with the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office. Previously, Ben Crump announced that his team and the DA’s Office agreed to a ‘mutual inspection’ of Wells’ cell phone. Crump’s team did not clarify whose phone, beside Nolan’s, they want to investigate nor did they say when that joint inspection might take place.
