Diagnosed in 2023 at age 3 with a rare form of leukemia, Ledger Smith has not allowed his medical condition to slow him down much. In April 2024, Smith told the Mississippi Make-A-Wish Foundation he would love to meet WWE star Seth Rollins. During the 20th anniversary of the segment, ESPN and Make-A-Wish featured five wish kids, one per night July 19-23.
