Oakwood Homes makes Maricopa debut at MoonlightMaricopa’s newest neighborhood is welcoming a new home builder this weekend. Oakwood Homes will host a grand opening 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8 at Moonlight. Guests can tour model homes and view floor plans in the community, which will offer 105 homes in its first phase of building.
