Ryan Specialty’s organic growth rate edges down with falling property ratesRyan Specialty reported a modest slowdown in organic revenue growth for the quarter amid declining property rates, and a profit decline largely due to higher operating expenses.
Organic revenue growth was 6.7% for the quarter, compared with 7.1% in the prior year period.
The company maintained its guidance for organic revenue growth in the mid-single digits for 2026.
“We’re pleased with these results, especially considering the headwinds our industry continues to face,” Ryan Specialty Executive Chairman and Founder Patrick G. Ryan said in an earnings call.
Mr. Ryan said Ryan Specialty is expanding into businesses that are less affected by the property/casualty market cycle, including reinsurance underwriting, alternative risk and benefits.
