Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Rochester man is facing a felony charge for brandishing a knife and threatening a group of people in the parking lot of a local business. The court document says Rochester police responded to the report of a man “swinging a knife around and screaming” shortly before 9:30 Wednesday night. An officer patted down Rose and found a folding knife on the ground that Rose identified as his, the court document says.
