A Guatemalan citizen has been indicted in the Western District of Missouri on federal immigration charges. Francisco Solis-Ralios, 20, was named in a two-count federal indictment returned by a grand jury on July 28, 2026. The indictment charges him with possessing a fraudulent immigration document and illegally re-entering the United States after a previous deportation. Federal prosecutors must present evidence at trial, where a jury will determine whether the defendant is guilty or not guilty. The investigation was conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations.
