Grundy Electric Cooperative will hold its annual meeting for member-owners on Aug. 6 at South Harrison High School in Bethany. Registration and dinner will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by the cooperative’s business meeting at 6:30 p.m.Members who register for the event will receive a gift during the registration process. The business meeting will feature reports on the cooperative’s operations, the election of directors, and a vote on a proposed amendment to the cooperative’s bylaws.
