Netflix has landed itself in big trouble following the theft of an unreleased Nicolas Cage movie. Such an unprecedented development has led to Netflix being sued for a huge amount of money. The Nicolas Cage movie titled Fortitude was reportedly stolen from Netflix’s Los Angeles office. Reacting to the incident, the filmmaker and his company, Op-Fortitude, have brought charges of compromising the sale of the unreleased movie. The lawsuit states that Netflix was seemingly interested in buying the movie back in December 2025.
