The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 4440.00 on 24-Feb-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. Larsen & Toubro’s Energy CarbonLite Solutions business vertical has secured a Limited Notice to Proceed (LNTP) from NTPC for the main plant package of the 2×800 MW (1,600 MW) Lara Stage-III thermal power plant in Chhattisgarh. The project entails the construction of two state-of-the-art 800 MW ultra-supercritical generating units. The tasks will be executed on an EPC basis using ultra-supercritical technology, which offers higher efficiency and lowers specific emissions.
