The Town of Oyster Bay has added several permit applications to its Building Division Online Portal, expanding the number of permits residents and contractors can apply for online. “The online permit system allows applicants to submit materials, track progress, schedule inspections, and receive updates – all without having to come to Town Hall,” Saladino said. The portal includes step-by-step instructions for use and includes a complete list of eligible permits. According to the town, homeowners can create an account in the portal, while contractors must request online activation. “We will continue to look toward adding new projects for added convenience to our residents, businesses and contractors,” Saladino said.
