The Blue Jays came agonizingly close to winning the World Series last fall, but this season has been a much different story. As the August 3 trade deadline approaches, several of their players could be on the move to contenders and are worth a closer look. Okamoto is the only Blue Jays position player on pace for 3.0 WAR. If the Blue Jays are willing to absorb some of his salary, they should be able to trade him.
