The top of the rotation is so nasty that, if the Phillies make the playoffs, they could tango with anyone. There could be enough catchers available to create a buyer’s market for the Phillies to take advantage of. Here is the updated Phillies system ranked through the 40-FV tier, including where I’d have this year’s rookie graduates valued among the group. I think his issues are probably tougher to fix, and if he can move the needle in a big trade, I’d be fine parting with him.
