EA CEO Andrew Wilson was awarded $38.6 million in salary, bonus, and stock during the 2026 fiscal year. As noted in a 10-K report filed by EA, that's a significant increase on the $30.5 million he netted during the 2025 fiscal year. Despite those apparent successes, EA chose to make layoffs across Stake developer Full Circle and its Battlefield division earlier this year. Under the leadership of Wilson, EA has also successfully integrated generative AI technology into its production workflows.
