The final tally of the Byemoor STARS fundraiser has been completed by the event co-ordinator, Theresa Christie, and the event raised an impressive $42,251.24. Eileen moved to the Byemoor district from Saskatchewan with her family as a young girl in the 1930s and remained in the community until retirement. Eileen married Bob Green, and they farmed the Green homestead in the Wolf Hill district west of Byemoor. Ryan’s wife Trina is the daughter of Dwayne Potter and the late Diane (nee Green) Potter. Our thoughts are with the Leisen, Potter and Green families in their tragic loss.
