Warwickshire have signed India opener Pratika Rawal for the remainder of their Metro Bank One Day Cup campaign, with the batter set to join the Bears ahead of the next round of fixtures starting on August 19. Rawal, who has established herself as one of the leading opening batters in ODI cricket since making her international debut in 2024, arrives at Edgbaston after a standout year with India. She made five successive fifties last year, ending 2025 with 976 runs, the third-most ODI runs in a calendar year. "We’re in a good position in the One Day Cup table, so bringing in a player of Pratika’s calibre can only strengthen our line-up." Rawal will be available for Warwickshire's One Day Cup fixture against Yorkshire at Edgbaston on August 19.
