Ishan Kishan was the second-highest run-scorer in the recently concluded T20I series against Zimbabwe which India won 3-0. Kishan has retained his No.1 in the latest ICC Men’s T20I rankings after smashing 145 against Zimbabwe across three T20Is at a strike rate of 154 and an average of 48.33. He currently boasts of 910 rating points but had briefly reached 916 points, the third-highest T20I ratings in history, after his 44-ball 81 with nine fours and two sixes in the second T20I. He then lost six rating points after mustering only a 26-ball 29 in the final game to end at 910. The latter had an ordinary series in the West Indies, where he scored only 121 runs in three innings and lost a few rating points that benefited Gill.
