Around midnight on July 23, 2026, deputies responded to a report of a man turning donuts around another individual’s car in the county. The suspect, identified as Olan Frederick Harrison, 59, of Douglas, was actively fighting a deputy, according to a sheriff’s office incident report. According to the report, Harrison would not comply with deputies’ commands. The complainant stated that she had gotten in her car and Harrison “was doing donuts and bothering her while she was in her vehicle.” A deputy also went to CRMC and spoke to the person with whom Harrison had allegedly been fighting.
