Alberta RCMP say a 26-year-old man has been charged for allegedly sexually assaulting two minors. Mounties say on March 9, they began an investigation into sexual interference and child luring involving a youth, after the youth’s parents reported that an adult was having a relationship with the youth. Over the course of the investigation, police learned that several youth between 13 and 16 had allegedly had contact with the man since the fall of 2025. RCMP have since taken 26-year-old Eric Mark Simmons into custody, and he has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference, and luring a child under 16.
