New York Theatre Ballet (NYTB) seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization’s strategic direction, drive fundraising and revenue growth, and oversee both operational and artistic functions. The ED partners closely with the Artistic Director, the School Director, and Board of Directors to ensure NYTB’s artistic and educational excellence, financial sustainability, and community impact. • Partner with the Artistic Director and School Director on season planning, touring, education programs, and artistic initiatives. • Act as primary liaison to the Board; provide timely reporting, support governance, and engage Board members in fundraising and strategic initiatives. Compensation$120,000 annually, with performance-based upside tied to surpassing Board approved metrics (fundraising growth, operational KPIs, audience expansion, strategic plan milestones).
