According to The Hollywood Reporter, writer-producer Simon Afram and his company, Op-Fortitude, filed suit in California federal court on Wednesday, accusing Netflix of undermining the sale prospects of Fortitude, a World War II spy thriller starring Nicolas Cage. Netflix disputes that it should bear legal responsibility for that loss.
