Went out to my 2003 Grand Cherokee Laredo to check no brake light. Battery was Stone cold Dead. Hooked up trickle charger and heard something sounds like noisy fan motor running inside steering column. Disconnected battery and put charger straight to battery. Waiting for it to charge fully. Any ideas what is going on, could this be anything to do with clock spring?
