The benchmark ASX 200 slumped dropped 70.90 points or 0.78 per cent to 8967.70, while the broader All Ordinaries dragged 77.00 points or 0.84 per cent to 9122.70. The ASX snapped a three day winning streak. IG senior market analyst Tony Sycamore said the heavy falls followed a weak lead in from Wall Street overnight.
