Police said on July 5, just before 7 p.m., a witness called police and said a man on Lakeshore Road had scratched two parked vehicles and punched another one. “The witness provided police with a photo of the suspect, who police were able to identify,” said RCMP Const. “The suspect was located a couple hours later wearing the same clothing, and was arrested for mischief, and later released with a future court date.” Hodges said charges stemming from the incident are being forwarded to BC Prosecution Service for charge assessment.
