The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen has appointed Dennis Gorrie as Deputy Fire Chief of Administration for the Willowbrook Volunteer Fire Department. In his new role, Gorrie will work alongside the Deputy Fire Chief of Operations to oversee department administration, planning, and service delivery. “The Willowbrook Volunteer Fire Department benefits from a strong leadership team and committed membership,” said RDOS Chair Mark Pendergraft in the same press release. “This appointment reflects the department’s depth of experience and supports the continued delivery of effective fire protection services for the community.”
