The foundation is highlighting its Natural Disaster Relief Fund as active wildfires and flooding affect residents across the region. According to the foundation, donations are intended to address community needs that cannot be covered through other funding programs. “For more than 40 years, the BC Interior Community Foundation has connected generosity with local needs,” the foundation said in its appeal.
