Karimnagar: Residents of Karimnagar can now avail dedicated City Metro Express bus services, with Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar inaugurating the new services at the Dr BR Ambedkar Bus Station on Thursday. Long-pending demand in KarimnagarAddressing the gathering, Ponnam Prabhakar said the introduction of city bus services fulfils a long-pending demand of Karimnagar residents. He said the initiative aims to strengthen public transport in line with the city’s growing population and will benefit students, employees, senior citizens and women. Additional buses will also be introduced on routes based on passenger demand,” he said, urging residents to make greater use of public transport. “Our primary objective is to provide passengers with safe, reliable and timely public transport,” he said.
