LeBron James' business manager, Maverick Carter, pushed back on reporting Thursday that the Philadelphia 76ers star is producing a documentary akin to The Last Dance, which chronicled the end of Michael Jordan's tenure with the Chicago Bulls. "We are NOT doing anything like the "last dance" LeBron doesn't even know when his last season is," Carter posted on X. Andrew Marchand of The Athletic initially reported that James and ESPN are close to reaching an agreement on a documentary series following his 76ers tenure similar to Jordan's The Last Dance. James will be turning 42 years old next season, but the four-time MVP might not retire in 2027. James' agent, Rich Paul, suggested that his client could stay in the NBA for multiple seasons after signing with his new team.
