HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WISH) — A Marion woman died Wednesday after crashing into the back of a semitruck in Lancaster Township. According to a press release from the Huntington County Coroner, at around 5 p.m. Wednesday 43-year-old Kaley Barnes was driving on State Road 9 when she crashed into the back of a semitruck that was turning on to County Road 100 South. The release said after the collision, Barnes was pinned under the semitruck and sustained multiple blunt impact injuries. The coroner says that Barnes’ death was ruled an accident.
