"During the summer in San Diego, you have to claim beach bonfire pits in the morning if you want it for that night. So we got to the beach at 8 am to claim one. Once we agreed, the couple brought a group of 15 of their friends over, who literally surrounded the pit and pushed us out. We were pissed, but we were so tired from being at the beach all day, so we just left. The wave flipped over their table of food, took sandals into the ocean, and wrecked their stuff.
