Fireaway Ascot submitted a licensing application to the Royal Borough for the restaurant in London Road.
At a licensing and public space protection order sub-committee meeting earlier this month, the director of Fireaway Ascot, Ramandeep Bola, told councillors the demand is there for longer opening hours.
Mr Bola made his case to the panel for the pizza restaurant to be able to sell late night refreshments until 2am.
If any noise or nuisance complaints do arise because of the late opening hours, this can also be reviewed by the Royal Borough’s environmental health team.
At the licensing meeting, Mr Bola said Fireaway Ascot uses drivers from platforms like Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
