Holdings has reported a landmark financial year, posting €188.7 million in revenue following a series of acquisitions that significantly expanded the group’s operations. For the financial year ending 31st March 2026, the company reported €377.3 million in total assets and a net profit of €53 million, which includes a one-off gain of €31.9 million linked to the revaluation of previously held equity interests. The results mark the first full year in which the group consolidated several major subsidiaries after increasing its stake in Malta Healthcare Caterers to 100% and raising its shareholding in Kore Air Services and Kore Inflight Services to 80%.
