The ADM Columbus Corn Complex received several distinctions from the association: the CRA Incident Rate Excellence Award, One Million Hours Award, and Zero Lost Workdays Award. The Workplace Safety Awards recognize corn refining facilities across the industry for strong safety performance based on rigorous criteria such as total recordable incident rates and extended periods without lost workday cases. According to CRA data cited in their announcement, current industry safety levels are comparable to those found in office-based environments.
