Kavya served as the Perambra unit convener of the Kerala Resource Teachers’ Association, while Neeshma held the post of joint convener. To date, three teachers from the Perambra Block Resource Centre (BRC) have been implicated in the case. Following the arrest of his accomplices, information received by the police suggests that the Wayanad native has gone into hiding.
