A 32-year-old man is recovering in hospital after a cliff jumping accident in northern Manitoba earlier this month, RCMP say.
Because there is no road that leads to Alberts Lake, first responders were told they should bring all-terrain vehicles.
They found the 32-year-old man about five kilometres down a trail, waiting in a boat with a 31-year-old woman.
She told first responders the man had been cliff jumping at the lake when he hit rocks and was injured.
The man was flown to hospital in Saskatoon, where he's still recovering from serious injuries, RCMP said in their news release.
