The child was returned home and the incident was forwarded to Social Services for follow up. 7:44 a.m.: The Dickinson Police Department assisted in locating and arresting Jarrian Ribitsch, 31, on 15th Avenue W, at the request of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. 11:07 p.m.: Casey Patrick, 19, was arrested on Fifth Street W for Reckless Driving and Obedience to Officer. 6:50 p.m.: A hit and run was reported at the intersection of Third Avenue W and Ninth Street W.
