CALABAR — Panic has seized several communities across Calabar Municipality, Cross River State, after a severe landslide triggered by continuous, heavy rainfall completely cut off a key waterfront road, snapping high-tension electricity poles and damaging underground public water pipes. The sudden collapse of the terrain has isolated residents, disrupted vehicular access, and severed critical utilities—including power and municipal water supply—across the affected axis.
