Chattanooga Mocs Name Donald Pickett New Softball Coach(gomocs.com) Chattanooga Mocs Vice Chancellor of Athletics Mark Wharton announced Donald Pickett as the fifth head coach in Mocs softball history, Thursday afternoon. Chattanooga softball has a proud tradition, and a strong foundation. The Mocs claimed three Southern Conference Tournament regular season titles during his tenure, three conference tournament crowns and three trips to the NCAA. At Chattanooga State, the Tigers claimed three conference titles and three tournament titles. Pickett’s sister Grace was also a member of the Mocs softball team (2002-04).
