Housebuilder Dandara Eastern has completed the first phase of a partnership with housing association Home Group at a new development in Latchingdon. The scheme will ultimately deliver 160 affordable homes, making it one of the largest affordable housing projects in the Maldon district. Craig Crowley, head of development and delivery at Home Group, added: “We are really pleased to deliver these first affordable homes at Latchingdon, alongside Dandara. “With a variety of house types on the development, we can deliver much-needed housing that meets the varied needs of the local community.
