HEBRON, N.Y. (WNYT)- Washington County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Hebron man after investigators say they found he had sexual contact with a minor. Gardiner was held at the Washington County Jail until centralized arraignment on July 22. Sheriff’s deputies said the investigation remains active.
