BROOMFIELD — DMC Global Inc. (Nasdaq: BOOM), a Broomfield-based manufacturer of products for the energy, industrial and construction markets, posted second-quarter consolidated sales of $157 million. While that figure was roughly flat from the same period last year, Arcadia, DMC’s building products business, delivered its strongest sales performance since the second quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA attributable to DMC was $10.7 million, down 21% year over year. But the company posted diluted earnings per share of $0.10 in the face of Wall Street projections of a loss. Third-quarter sales are expected to be in a range of $158 million to $168 million.
