As wildfires continue to rage across southern France, George and Amal Clooney are facing the possible loss of one of the crown jewels of their $50 million property portfolio.
The couple has evacuated Domaine du Canadel, their 425-acre estate near the village of Brignoles, after fast-moving fires have swept into the region, forcing residents to flee.

The sprawling French retreat has become the family’s primary residence since they purchased the former wine estate in 2021 for €7 million (roughly $8.3 million at the time).
